Fax Orders Fax your credit card order to us at 1-203-312-2006. Fax orders are entered the day they are received. Confirmations are not sent for your fax order, unless there are questions regarding the order. Mail Orders The Ceili Company Provide all information requested on the order form. Please include a home phone number in case we have questions about your order. Do not send cash or purchase orders. We will accept personal checks or money orders. Canadian OrdersWe accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express from our Canadian customers. Canadian orders will be shipped via the United States Post Office, depending on your location. Please do not send bank checks or personal checks. Canadian customers will responsible for paying duties and taxes. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. You will be notified within 48 hours if there is a delay in shipping. International OrdersThe Ceili Company can ship worldwide. Outside the U.S. and Canada, please call 203-312-5095. Gift CertificatesThe Ceili Company will gladly send a gift certificate along with our catalog at your request. To order gift certificates, please place an order for a Gift Certificate by telephone, fax, or mail, indicating the recipient's full name and address on the catalog order form. Gift Certificates may be redeemed on phone orders, or mail orders.
